Orders are shipped within 10 to 15 working days, as we are selling rare and threatened medicinal
plants, some plants has to collect from wild, in this scenario, might will take longer time to
dispatch your plants. we use registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the delivery address entered by the buyer at the time of
order confirmation, The delivery address can not be changed once the order is dispatched from
our facility.
How long does it take for an order to deliver?
Usually it takes around 10-15 business days for an order to be delivered. Business days exclude
public holidays and Sundays. When you place an order we change plants into pot and wait to set
that plant inside the pot then we dispatch the order, it protects plants from damage and die.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
There is no need to return the plant, if In case the plant got damaged in transit, don't worry keep
that plant and just inform us we will provide you the new plant or refund of your amount as well.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?
There are no hidden charges all the prices mentioned in the website including all the taxes and
vat.
Delivery charges may be extra depending on the number of products purchased.

You can track in our website, or you can call us any time between 10.30am to 6.30Pm in working
days, Sunday is holiday.
