Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

For orders outside India, please contact us directly via Email: Medicinalplantslive@gmail.com.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.

MedicinalLive is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer (unless otherwise specified at the time of order). MedicinalLive is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit.

Payments

MedicinalLive uses EBS, PayU, PayTM and other secure online payment systems for fast and secure transactions. All major credit cards are accepted.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed through the registered email ID provided during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, please contact our helpdesk.

Delivery Charges

For customers within India, the shipping charge is Rs. 86 for all orders. We do not ship products outside India through the website.

For multiple products ordered, the shipping fee is calculated based on the combined weight. Separate delivery charges may apply when products are shipped to different delivery locations.

Disclaimer

Products will be delivered to all urban areas serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote or rural areas, delivery will be made through local courier services or India Speed Post and may take additional time.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Damaged products can be exchanged within 7 days of shipment, except for transit damage. Courier charges for exchanges must be paid by the buyer.

For international shipments, any Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT or other taxes imposed by the destination country must be paid by the buyer. These charges are not included in our product prices or ordering process.

There is no tax on plants produced and sold by us. Customers purchasing seeds or accessories are responsible for applicable taxes. Currently, we do not sell seeds or accessories.

No refund will be provided in cases where the delivery status is marked as "Address Not Found" or "Delivery Attempted".

Plant sizes are mentioned in the product description and may vary slightly. Refunds will not be issued due to minor size variations.

Plants may dry out due to excessive temperature or environmental conditions during transit. Such environmental factors are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.

If an item is out of stock or is a rare plant, MedicinalLive may hold delivery for a maximum of 21 working days. If the customer requests cancellation due to unavailability of the item, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds are processed through the original payment gateway and no interest will be payable on refunded amounts.
